Israel Julius Odoemelam

Managing Director

Israel Julius Odoemelam is a native of Obingwa Local Government area of Abia State. He graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He has over 10 years of banking experience as relationship Manager at Ecobank PLC even rising to the position of team lead retail banking Group (RBG). He led a team that drove massive fund mobilization and retention for the bank. Julius Isreal Odoemelam after a successful banking career join Oxford International Group heading one of its subsidiary as MD. He led a team of professionals and help over shoot the subsidiary sales target on several occasions with an all expense paid trips by the organisation. He later rose to the position of GRMD after years of dedicated and committed service to the organisation. Julius has also succeeded in private businesses. He is a risk manager, a deep thinker, an investment advisor with in-depth knowledge about how to grow businesses and a highly resourceful professional. He is happy married, A lover of books and personal development as well as passionate about sports. We are indeed privilege to have him in our management team

Aigbevbole Francis

Head, Sales and Marketing

Aigbevbole Francis is a determine, focused and driven professional with extensive experience in Research, Business planning, Banking and Real Estate Investment and Development. Previously worked as Relationship Officer (Retail Banking) at Polaris Bank Ltd. Also worked at Grenadines Homes as Business Development Executive and Deluxe Residences as Business Intelligence Manager. An entrepreneur par excellence, he does not relent until he has been able to bring to life and make a reality, that which his client envisions. Having risen through the ranks in real estate, he has an in-depth knowledge on what it takes to ensure that each transaction is closed with the client not just satisfied but ends up being ambassador of the brand. With Degree from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri (HND, Business Administration and Management) Lagos State University ( B.Sc Business Administration) He has been adequately prepared to translate the knowledge acquired into practical solutions in moving his career forward.

OGI OGUMA JOY

Head, Human Resources and Customer Support

Ogi Oguma Joy hails from Oju Local Government area of Benue State. A dedicated human resource executive with years of expertise in administration, recruitment and staff training and development. Driven and decisive with passion for building and retaining a highly effective team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (B.Sc) from the prestigious Benue State University, Makurdi, Benue state. She also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management. Joy started her career as a sales personnel with Lanre Badmos Lubricants. Later moved to Oxford Group as a Human Resource Manager. With an excellent leadership ability to inspire others. She rose to the position of Head of Operations at one of the company's subsidiary (Oasis Group) where she had managed over 50 staff. An excellent communicator with ability to motivate others. Joy is happily married with children. She is a great addition to the Trailblazers Team.

Amadi Amobi Elias

Head, Finance and Account

Amadi Amobi Elias is a Nigerian entrepreneur, trainer and a business development Consultant (Real Estate). Amadi as he is fondly called was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Mgbagbu-owa in Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu state. He has an National Diploma (ND) in Business studies from Ibadan Polytechnic. He went further to obtain a bachelor's degree in Economics from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State. He also has a certificate in Basic Sales and Marketing, Emotional Intelligence, Personal effectiveness, time management and Organization skills. Customer Service, Effective Business writing, Focus on Project Management, Focus on AML for Nigeria, Personal effectiveness, Professional conduct & Ethics (CIBN) He is a member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institute of Nigeria (ANMFIN). He is a seasoned real estate and business development consultant with vast experience in Banking & finance, insurance, investment and Real Estate management. Amadi started his career with AIICO Insurance company in 2005. Later he left AIICO for Edcor Pharmaceuticals then went ahead to join United Bank For Africa (UBA) where he performed excellently in various roles starting from HR documention department, marketing department, then functioned as bankteller before he joined Bank PHB in 2008. His hunger for greater achievement continued when bank PHB was acquired by keystone Bank in 2011. He functioned in the capacity of a Relationship Manager, in 2018. Within 3 month of joining Union Bank he was promoted to Head of Retails and sales at the Allen branch of the bank where he functioned as a Team lead Retail banking Group. His commitment, hard work and performance was noticed by Oxford International Group while he was pouched and bacame a subsidiary head in 2020. He took charge of one of the marketing subsidiary (Oxford Comfort Residence & investment Limited). While in Oxford his managerial skills came into full glare, as a subsidiary manager saddled with the task to bring out the best in every staff as well as meeting the subsidiary sales objective. Amadi a widower blessed with 3 lovely children. Amazingly, Amadi is a budding Icon in sales execution.....as he strives to be the best in this field, this he does by employing personal development tools. We are blessed to have Amadi in our management team.

KENNETH ANTHONY ASUELIMEN

Head, Training, Research/Admin

EARLY LIFE Kenneth Anthony Asuelimen was born in Benin City Nigeria to the royal Asuelimen family of Eguare Ekpoma of Edo State, Nigeria. EDUCATION He attended Kam's Nursery School, Iyobosa Primary School, Immaculate Conception College (Benin City) and Saint Michael College, Lagos. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Kenneth Anthony Asuelimen holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and industrial Relations from the Lagos State University (LASU). CAREER Kenneth has multi sectoral experiences working in the Oil & Gas, banking, Micro Finance and real estate spaces. He started his banking career at Skye Bank PLC where his sterling performance made him listed on "top 10" sales performers in his category bank wide. He equally worked at Polaris Bank Limited as relationship officer, retail banking Group before joining EDFIN. At EDFIN (Educational) Micro Finance Bank, he continued his tract record of performance and was awarded the most improved staff of the year and second best sales staff of that year. He later joined Oxford International Group as a team lead and rose to the position of a business development manager over a short period. He was a subsidiary head and member of various strategic committees of the company. EXPERTISE Kenneth is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), He is a sales and business development expert, an HR professional and a critical thinker. He is vast in team building and cross team collaboration. He has in-depth knowledge of strategic selling and branding. Kenneth is well knowledgeable in employee training development programs and emotional intelligence. Hobbies/Interest Kenneth Anthony Asuelimen is happily married. He is passionate about personal development, a football enthusiate, has a penchant for meeting the right people and love adventures. He is a great addition to our management team.

Eddie omon Alegbe

Head, Due Diligence & Inspection

Eddie Omon Alegbe is a professional realtor, property acquisition expert and a media strategist. With a proven track record in deal making, acquisition, facility management, portfolio management and project development. He has a BA (Hons) Media Art, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Real estate certificate from School of Estate Maryland, Lagos, and various professional certifications from Fate Foundations and Poise school of protocol and ethics. These experiences has seen him passed through various Media spaces and some powerful corridors like THISDAY NEWSPAPER, NEWS AGENCY OF NIGERIA (NAN), and BRAND REPUBLIC with bylines on these famous tabloids! On the real estate space, Eddie Omon Alegbe has consulted for known and unknown startups and well established brands in Nigeria and Sub-sahara Africa too. His passion has always been working with young people, who are going into entrepreneurship to see their dreams and ideas yield the desired fruit. And also helping them deal with the unique professional and personal challenges they face on the journey. More importantly, he is an investor in personal development. I am the most valuable asset, because daily I invest more in my growth personally professionally and my capacity. As a social media manager, Elliot is skilled in improving user engagement and interaction through expert content strategy. He offers extensive experience in end-to-end social media management, building brand awareness and reputation through innovative online campaigns. Barrister (Mrs) Peace Ojo

Head, Legal Services

Peace Ojo is an astute lawyer and a management professional. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a certified Human Resource Professional. For over eight years, Peace have had a firm grip on Legal Practice, Insurance, Consultancy, Human Resources and Real Estate. She began her career in law as an associate in Dele Falana & Co law firm and proceeded to the Doyin Awoyale Chambers. She had a few years of practice as financial advisor at AIICO Insurance before joining The Le'Venue Property Development Company as head of legal and Human Resource. She's also one of the consultants at ODAK Consult. She brings her wealth of experience to the team for the advancement of The Trailblazers Realtors and Property Management Company. She is happily married with children.
